Five deliverables. Yours to keep either way.
Operations process map
A clear picture of how work flows today across your highest-volume tasks, and where time and handoffs pile up. Built from sitting with the people who do the work.
AI opportunity assessment
A prioritized list of where AI can help most, matched to your team's real workflows. Every candidate ranked by impact and effort: what's high-value and easy, what's high-value but hard, and what looks tempting but isn't worth doing yet.
ROI estimate
Quantified hours and dollars each opportunity can recover, with every assumption written down beside it.
90-day implementation roadmap
What to do first, what to sequence next, and what to leave alone, with owners, success criteria, and where a vetted implementation partner could plug in.
What we'd tell you NOT to do
A named list of things we recommend against automating, and why. Half the value of an audit is what it tells you to skip. Some engagements end with “fix your existing systems before you add anything new.”
Fourteen days, five checkpoints, minimal time from your team.
No software purchase. No long-term commitment. Your data stays yours.
A fixed fee, scoped to the size of your operation.
The audit is a fixed-fee, fixed-scope engagement. You know the number before we start, and it doesn't move. No hourly billing and no scope creep.
The fee scales with headcount, the number of locations, and how many service lines we need to map. A 20-person single-site operation sits near the entry point. A 200-person business across multiple locations or service lines runs toward $50,000. We'll quote the exact number on the scoping call, before you commit to anything.
Optional, after the audit. A working session every two weeks, roadmap adjustments, and vendor and partner sanity-checks. No implementation. Month to month.
We price against the value we find.
The audit is priced as a fraction of the annual cost we identify. If we can't find opportunities worth materially more than the fee, we'll tell you that in the readout, and you'll still have the process map and the numbers.
The fee is credited if you build.
If you move forward on implementation with a partner we introduce, the audit fee is credited against that work. We don't get paid twice for the same thinking.
We deliver the diagnosis. We don't do the build.
Keeping build separate from advice is how the advice stays honest. If we recommend a tool, we do not resell it. Any relationship with a partner or product is disclosed in writing before we recommend it.
Your data is yours.
- Mutual NDA signed before discovery starts; access scoped to what the audit actually needs.
- No model training on your data. Any AI tooling used during discovery runs with training opt-outs enabled.
- Clean exit. Working files returned or destroyed on request. You keep every deliverable.
