Inspire has brought a noticeable improvement to how we manage performance and OKRs. One of the biggest changes for us is the way individual objectives now are been documented separately along with the company priorities & team OKRs. The dashboards and the strategy narrative give leaders a clear view of progress, while managers are better equipped to guide performance conversations with their teams.
The integration with Jira has been particularly valuable, as it links day-to-day tasks with OKRs and ensures progress is reflected automatically without extra effort. I also find the 1:1 feedback capture very useful — it means that during appraisal discussions, we can look back at actual conversations and feedback instead of relying on memory. The goal-setting process itself feels easier and more structured, with SMART goals built into regular workflows rather than treated as an annual exercise.
I also want to highlight the support team, and especially Soujanya, who has been extremely patient and thorough throughout setup. Having reliable guidance not just during rollout but even beyond made the transition & adoption much smoother for us.
Overall, Inspire has helped us strengthen performance management by giving structure to our goal-setting process and by creating more transparency across the organization. Employees feel more engaged because expectations are clearer, and managers appreciate having an ongoing framework for feedback and recognition. While we had to put in effort during implementation, the support team made a big difference and continues to be responsive whenever we need them.
