AVAILABLE NOW. RUNS IN PRODUCTION
Your OKRs, wherever your AI works
Inspire is the system your AI already knows how to use. Ask Claude, ChatGPT or Slack to draft a check-in, prep a 1:1, or surface what is off-track, working against your live strategy and performance data. No new tool to learn, no extra AI bill.
Strategy and people in one platform, coached by a named leadership method.
What MCP is, without the acronym soup
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets an AI assistant connect to the systems where your work actually lives. Think of it as a common plug: once Inspire exposes an MCP server, any assistant that speaks MCP can read and write your goals, check-ins and conversations, with your permissions applied.
The split matters. Your AI does the work. Inspire is the system of record it works against. Your team keeps using the assistant they already have, and Inspire supplies the live strategy and performance data that makes the answer true.
That makes this one login fewer, not one more. No new AI line item on the budget either, because you are using the assistant seats you already pay for.
How it fits together
-
Someone asks
A manager types a request in plain English, in Claude, ChatGPT or Slack.
-
The assistant calls Inspire
Over MCP, scoped to exactly what that person is allowed to see.
-
Inspire returns the truth
Live objectives, key-result progress, check-in history, 1:1 notes.
-
A human decides
The draft comes back for review. Nothing is published without a person.
GET STARTED QUICKLY
See it running, in about two minutes
The usual blocker on a rollout is not the software. It is asking people to change how they work. Watch a manager run a real check-in from inside the assistant they already have open, with nothing to install and no training deck.
No new habits
Works where your team already works
Adoption is the hardest part of any rollout, so stop asking people to go somewhere new. Inspire meets them in the assistant already open on their screen.
Live today: Claude, ChatGPT, Slack. Microsoft Copilot on the roadmap.
Nothing new to learn
No new interface, no training deck. If a manager can write a sentence, they can run a check-in.
No extra AI bill
You already pay for these assistants. Inspire doesn’t resell you tokens or add a per-seat “AI module.”
One system of record
Every assistant reads from the same source, so the numbers in Slack match the numbers in the QBR.
Real requests
What you can ask it to do
These are not demo-day tricks. They are the four jobs that eat a manager's week.
Draft my check-in for this quarter’s objectives.
Comes back written from real key-result progress since your last update, not from memory and not invented.
Prep my 1:1 with Dana on Thursday.
An agenda built from her active goals, recent check-ins, open feedback, and what you agreed to last time.
What’s off-track before the QBR?
The objectives slipping, who owns them, and how long they have been slipping. A week before the meeting, not during it.
Summarize the Retention objective for the board.
One clean paragraph with the numbers attached, ready to paste into the deck.
Enterprise-safe by design
Your security team’s questions, answered up front
Opening your performance data to an assistant is exactly the kind of thing IT should push back on. Four things are built in.
Permission-scoped
The assistant inherits the person’s existing Inspire permissions. A manager can’t ask their way into someone else’s review.
Audited
Every request is logged: who asked, what was returned, when. Exportable for review.
No PII to models
Personally identifiable information isn’t passed to the model, and your data isn’t used to train anyone’s model.
Tenant isolation
Your tenant’s data stays your tenant’s data. No shared context between customers.
AVAILABLE NOW, NOT “EARLY ACCESS”
We run on this in production
A lot of vendors have announced MCP. Fewer are running it. Ours is in production today. Generally available, not a waitlist, not a design partner program, not a slide.
The reason we can say that plainly is that we build our own products against it. Our team preps its own 1:1s and drafts its own check-ins through the same MCP server we hand to customers. When it breaks, it breaks for us first.
It’s a fair question to ask any vendor in this category: is it
shipped, or is it announced? Ask us to show it live.
Where MCP stands across the market
| Platform | MCP status |
|---|---|
| Inspire | In production today |
| Lattice | Early access only |
| Perdoo | MCP server shipped (April 2026) |
| Rhythms.ai | Custom MCP, early-stage company |
Consolidate, don’t add
MCP is how Inspire earns its place without adding to the stack. Your assistant seats do the interface work, Inspire holds the truth, and pricing stays published at $5 to $16 per user per month. Retire the point tools instead of stacking another one on top of them.
Ask your AI what’s off-track. Get a real answer.
Every claim on this page is something we can show you live, running in production against real data.
