Chris Wollerman is the CEO and founder of Inspire Software, a SaaS solution created to enhance culture, improve business results through OKRs and develop leaders through applied leadership development. He is also the founder of InnovaSystems, which he established in 1997 as a start-up and built into a large software development company with over 300 employees in 30 offices world-wide. Chris helps leaders consistently execute strategy to achieve extraordinary results at businesses around the world. He holds a Master of Science in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Michigan Technological University. He regularly teaches leaders to apply concepts from top leadership development programs from FranklinCovey to Ken Blanchard to enable greatness everywhere.
Paul Niven is an author, OKR coach, management consultant, and noted speaker on the subjects of strategy, OKRs, Balanced Scorecard, and strategy execution. As both a practitioner and consultant he has developed successful Performance Management systems for over 500 global clients in a wide variety of organizations, including Fortune 50 companies, public sector, and nonprofit agencies. His most recent book is Objectives and Key Results: Driving Focus, Alignment, and Engagement with OKRs. Niven has been published in well-known business journals, and speaks at conferences around the world. He is the author of seven highly acclaimed books, which have been translated in over 15 languages.

Dr. Drea Zigarmi is a highly respected and experienced management consultant, best-selling author, powerful trainer, and motivational speaker. Drea is a coauthor of Leadership and the One Minute Manager, the third book in Ken Blanchard’s best-selling One Minute Manager Library, and various chapters in Leading at a Higher Level. In addition, he has coauthored The Leader Within, Achieve Leadership Genius, and The Team Leader’s Idea-A-Day Guide. Drea has coauthored numerous Ken Blanchard Companies products, including the widely used Situational Leadership II, DISC, and Optimal Motivation programs.
Jim is the CIO for Inspire Software and is currently responsible for all systems data, cloud infrastructure, security, and client integration. Prior to joining Inspire, Jim served as the CIO for La Jolla Bioengineering. Jim has also held executive positions in international software development, Public Education, Healthcare, the Department of Defense and technology startups. Jim earned his Master’s Degree in Educational Technology from San Diego State University. Jim has been a keynote speaker and presenter at multiple industry conferences on topics including: technology integration, curriculum and technology in the classroom, leadership development, information technology trends, cybersecurity and IT counter-threat strategies. Larry is responsible for the design and implementation of Human Resource strategies, programs, policies and objectives that create an employee oriented, high performing culture emphasizing Trust, Empowerment, Excellence, Teamwork, Innovation and Passion for Inspire at InnovaSystems workforce. Prior to joining the team, Larry was the Human Resources & Payroll Manager for Spy Optic, Inc. and No Fear, Inc., he was the General Operations Manager for On Fire Graphics, Inc., and was a leading Sales Representative for the Automobile Club of Southern California. Larry holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Medicine from San Diego State University, and is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
Jason joined the Inspire Software team in 2015 as a Director of Leadership Solutions to help integrate leadership philosophy and introduce a new approach, Leadership as a Service, to the leadership development market. He comes to the Inspire Software product with 20 plus years of experience training and developing leadership concepts in the classroom and virtual learning platforms. He has been mentored by some of the most recognized leadership and business book authors in the leadership development industry and is an experienced professional leadership facilitator and instructional designer in leadership theory and application. Jason’s passion for leadership began while working with best-selling business author, Ken Blanchard, as a literary assistant and media director of a small internal media team that served Blanchard’s clients. After graduating with a Masters of Arts and Science degree from California State University and a Professional Degree in Screenwriting from the University of California, Los Angeles, he became the Director of New Media for The Ken Blanchard Companies, where he began to blend leadership concepts learned in traditional workshops, into a sustained an ongoing active learn-by-doing experience. He is a Certified Consulting Associate for The Ken Blanchard Companies and Consulting Partner for Inspire Leadership Genius. He is a co-author of Situational Self Leadership in Action, and asynchronous self-paced leadership model. He is Co-Founder of HighWay Media in the Silicon Valley, and Co-Founder of DiamondHawk Leadership in Boston, MA.
Jim is responsible for creating and directing the policy, process, and procedures that enable Inspire to provide industry leading information management and data analytics services. Jim has an extensive background in leading information technology and software development efforts over the past twenty years. Jim has been instrumental in development of software development methodologies which incorporates a wide array of custom developed technologies and practices enabling each member of the product team to clearly understand their responsibilities and roles throughout the software development lifecycle. This unique paperless process and supporting infrastructure has been evaluated by the CMMI Institute and appraised as “Level 3” maturity. As a Submariner in the early 1990’s, Jim honorably served in Southwest Asia as a Cryptologic and Intelligence direct support team operator. Jim is a graduate of the Master of Science in Executive Leadership (MSEL) program from the University of San Diego.
Chad brings 27 years of experience in software development, specializing in agile software development. As Engineering lead, Chad Christians is responsible for the day to day operations of Inspire software development. He manages software engineering applications utilizing standard development tools as well as providing technical consultation and expertise. Chad is responsible for developing and implementing software engineering plans for our customers. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science degrees in computer science. Chad has been working with the Inspire team for the past five years and has contributed as software developer, architect, build engineer, development manager, and now engineering lead.
Tim Driscoll is the Chief Commercial Officer at Inspire Software and is responsible for revenue operations. Tim has over 25 years of expertise in generating commercial revenue growth through market expansion, organizational transformation, and strategic channel partnerships. In addition to helping grow and transform organizations, he has helped global clients accomplish their goals while holding leadership positions at UPS, Tiffany & Co., and most recently as the VP of Global Sales Strategy and Operations at O.C. Tanner. Tim holds an MBA in Marketing from Mercer University and a BA in Economics from Villanova University.
Beth Thornton is the Chief Revenue Officer at Inspire Software. Thornton was formerly the Executive Vice President, Global Sales at O.C. Tanner and has an extensive track record in optimizing sales force effectiveness and transforming national and international organizations. In addition, Thornton has industry experience in financial services, healthcare, technology, and human capital consulting with global companies such as Disney, FIS, Bank of America, Capital One, U.S. Bank, and more—helping them create effective strategies that drive strong cultures of innovation, creativity, and performance. Beth is a graduate of Florida State University with a degree in Communications. She sits on the Council for the Deer Valley Music Festival, works as a cancer support mentor for those diagnosed with oral or brain cancer and was recently named one of the Utah Business 30 Women to Watch.
Lynn is currently responsible for the finance department of Inspire Software. She also serves as co-owner and Chief Financial Officer of InnovaSystems International, LLC for the past 20 years, Lynn Hutton is responsible for planning and directing all financial and contract initiatives for the organization, as well as managing strategic, operational and revenue initiatives that drive the company’s short- and long-term profitability and growth. Lynn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Management from Michigan Technological University. Immediately out of college Lynn supported the Department of Energy to in research and development of technologies for hazardous and radioactive waste storage and treatment. Founded in 1997 with her husband Chris, InnovaSystems is a leading provider of information technology and software solutions to the U.S. Department of Defense and commercial organizations. The company began with seven employees, and today has over 300 employees in 30 offices worldwide. Lynn has a passion for building company culture that thrives on trust, integrity and execution and continues to strive for being a Best Place to Work.
